Supply Manager

Join a fast-growing biopharma client looking for a talented Clinical Trial Supply Manager (CTSM) to join their Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in developing and executing clinical supply strategies that impact the success of clinical trials for life-changing therapies.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring the timely and efficient supply of Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) to clinical trials. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of trial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute clinical trial supply strategies aligned with trial protocols, GxP, and regulatory requirements
• Create and manage clinical supply plans, tracking key milestones, patient projections, and IMP inventory
• Manage external clinical trial supply vendors and distributors to ensure the timely delivery of IMP
• Oversee IMP packaging runs, labeling, and blinding strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected supply chain issues, such as temperature excursions or damaged materials
• Act as the clinical trial supply lead within the Clinical Study Team, overseeing IRT set-up and close-out processes
• Monitor drug inventory and consumption, providing accurate forecasts
• Contribute to CTS process development, including label development and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and assist with managing the clinical trial budget

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trial supplies
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• A proactive, flexible, and analytical mindset, with a "can-do" attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
