Solera Belux is a newly started Belgium company part of Royal Unibrew group, located in Zaventem/Brussels. Consisting of around 60 professionals, working with the global Pepsi Portfolio; Supporting our partner PepsiCo with supply and distribution of Pepsi Cola, Mirinda, 7up, Rockstar energy drinks and snacks for the Belgium and Luxemburg markets.

We produce, market, sell and distribute quality beverages with focus on branded products within beer, malt beverages and soft drinks as well as cider and long drinks. The role:


You will be working on ensuring a seamless experience for our many customers in Retail & HORECA in the Belgian and Luxemburg market.

The order management role is a customer facing role, focused on process excellence within order acquisition and order processing systems whose purpose is to deliver excellent customer service by:

  • efficient and effective capture and processing of customer orders
  • ensuring that the product is delivered to customers in accordance with requirements
  • ensuring that customer needs are understood
  • working closely with the commercial department to define customer needs & with the Inventory and 3PL team to ensure orders are full filled
  • resolving issues that are preventing the smooth flow of orders within the systems

Accountabilities:

  • VMI (vendor managed inventory) order management (if applicable)
  • Management of semi-automated and manual order acquisition
  • Management of Free of charge orders
  • Customer requested order amendments
  • Resolution of errors related to all orders including EDI (dependent on level of expertise)
  • Resolution of blocked orders due to system set up/ master data issues (dependent on level of expertise)
  • Manipulation of orders to maximize efficiency of delivery
  • Dealing with the issues arising from non-availability of stock
  • Emergency order handling
  • Backup of CS colleagues


Key skills you will bring:


  • Experience working in SAP & supply chain, logistics or customer service experience would be a plus
  • Highly customer-focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with different people and parties in a professional way
  • Strong eye for detail and can see connections in data, events and trends
  • Very good planning & organisation skills and can manage priorities and deadlines
  • Result-driven, enthusiastic and have a high energy level
  • Team player and able to work in an autonomous work environment
  • TSO or Professional Bachelor’s (Hogeschool) degree (e.g. logistics, administration, international commerce)
  • IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good knowledge of English (in combination with Dutch and/or French)
