Supply Chain Process Area Lead – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Belgium

Contract: Full-time

Work Setup: Hybrid possible

A major transformation is underway in the Belgian railways sector, and we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Area Lead to play a key role in the successful rollout of a new SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the interface between business, IT, and external partners to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead the definition and implementation of supply chain processes in alignment with SAP best practices.
• Coordinate change management and training efforts across departments.
• Oversee data migration and cleansing activities to support a smooth system transition.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong background in supply chain leadership, particularly in transport, logistics, or procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP transformation projects (S/4HANA experience is a strong plus).
• Familiarity with PMO environments and change management methodologies (ADKAR preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English, with proficiency in either Dutch or French.
