Location: Brussels (2–3 days onsite per week)

Languages: Dutch mandatory (Dutch, French & English fluency required)

We’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-impact IT programs from strategy to delivery. If you thrive in complex environments, love building structure and driving results, and bring proven experience in managing teams and large-scale programs—this one’s for you.

Your Role

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT programs (scope, budget, risk, governance)
• Collaborate with Business & IT Portfolio Managers for strategic alignment
• Chair steering committees and ensure executive visibility
• Coach and supervise project managers within the program
• Coordinate internal/external resources and promote a solution-driven team culture
• Ensure timely, quality delivery and smooth handover to Operations & Support

You Bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or Engineering
• 7+ years in IT project/program management
• Certifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PM² Advanced, MSP (preferred)
• Agile know-how (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Strong budgeting, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Familiarity with GDPR, IT standards, and risk frameworks
• Bonus: experience with incident management systems or Microsoft Dynamics
