This position is based in Nivelles, Belgium.
Job Summary: Spantech International SA is actively searching for an HR/Office Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and office management at the group’s headquarters in Nivelles. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office and all personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Fleet management, office budgets and expenses.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Follow-up on expenses and credit card usage.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Human Resources assistance:
- Coordinate onboarding and off boarding of employees
- Payroll input and supervision.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor business administration, or similar fields, or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Familiar working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Assertiveness, service mindedness, accuracy, discretion and strong organizational skills define your personality.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
