Deskside Support Technician

About the Role

In this fast-paced, evolving environment, you’ll provide high-level, hands-on IT support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer service. You’ll handle support requests via phone, email, and face-to-face, collaborating with third-party resolver groups when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality IT support.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Handle on-site break/fix support in coordination with other teams.
  • Set up and maintain PCs, peripherals, and AV equipment (Webex, Zoom, Skype for Business, etc.).
  • Support office moves, including setting up workstations and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory and document system changes.

Qualifications

  • C1 level Dutch and professional English proficiency.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (preferred).
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills; scripting or coding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience with iOS/Android and AV support.
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site IT support experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
