#Your function

As an Associate Trade Defence, you will be part of a highly specialised team handling EU trade defence matters. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and overseeing trade defence cases and related EU regulatory matters.
• Advising clients on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures.
• Developing and executing legal strategies in collaboration with senior partners.
• Representing clients before EU institutions and authorities.
• Providing strategic guidance on EU trade regulations.
• Supervising case files with a helicopter view, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
• Working closely with clients maintaining strong relationships with the European Commission.

#Your profile

• Qualified lawyer (EU jurisdiction).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm (specialisation in trade defence, competition, or EU regulatory law preferred).
• Proactive and independent.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of prioritising key legal issues.
• Excellent command of English; additional EU languages are a plus.
