#Your function
As an Associate Trade Defence, you will be part of a highly specialised team handling EU trade defence matters. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing trade defence cases and related EU regulatory matters.
- Advising clients on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures.
- Developing and executing legal strategies in collaboration with senior partners.
- Representing clients before EU institutions and authorities.
- Providing strategic guidance on EU trade regulations.
- Supervising case files with a helicopter view, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
- Working closely with clients maintaining strong relationships with the European Commission.
#Your profile
- Qualified lawyer (EU jurisdiction).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm (specialisation in trade defence, competition, or EU regulatory law preferred).
- Proactive and independent.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of prioritising key legal issues.
- Excellent command of English; additional EU languages are a plus.
