🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Conversational (AI) Designer – French Speaker | Freelance Mission

Are you passionate about language, digital customer experience, and AI technologies? We are looking for a Senior Conversational (AI) Designer to help craft high-impact digital conversations for one of Belgium’s leading digital companies.

💼 Mission Overview:

As a Conversational Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering and improving chatbot and voicebot experiences across multiple digital channels. You will focus on French-language dialogues while collaborating closely with other designers, AI experts, and business stakeholders.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Write and optimise engaging and user-centric chatbot/voicebot dialogues in French and English.
• Build and configure conversations in Voiceflow and Google Dialogflow CX.
• Train the bot for improved understanding in collaboration with NLP specialists.
• Monitor, analyse and iterate conversations based on performance and logs.
• Coach and support fellow designers in conversational AI best practices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and containment goals are met through excellent dialogue design.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in conversational AI, UX writing, or digital content design
• Strong editorial skills in French & English
• Proficiency in Voiceflow, Dialogflow CX, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of NLP, machine learning, and AI tools
• Background in digital communication (chat, social, messaging apps…)
• Experience designing for voice (IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant) is a plus
• Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
