Here‘s what you’ll be up to

• Manage various systems installed at the customer. If a problem occurs, analyze it and develop the best solution, in close collaboration with the team.
• Perform classic maintenance tasks and proactively monitor the systems, roll out upgrades, and perform lifecycle management.
• Master various new technologies and implement new installations at customers together with our Project Engineers and Project Managers.

Project-Based

• Implementation and installing projects:
• You’ll prepare future installations in a lab environment.
• You’ll install and commission the solution at the client.
• You’ll get to give training sessions to Users.
• You’ll be documenting installations (As-built) and creating user manuals.

Maintenance

• You perform corrective maintenance on various mission-critical systems.
• You perform updates and upgrades on existing systems.
• You perform preventive visits in the framework of maintenance contracts.
• After each intervention, you update the documentation of the customer site (software release, installed base).

Recognize this skill set?

• You have a master’s degree in industrial sciences electronics/ICT or a Master’s in ICT – or a Bachelor’s in Electronics or ICT – with three to 5 years of relevant experience.
• You know your way around Networking (CISCO CCNA), virtualization (VMware, Nutanix), and Windows server environments or Linux systems hold no secrets for you.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French, and your English skills are excellent.
• You’re an outstanding communicator, both written and spoken.
• You’re an open-minded team player, with a strong customer focus and a flexible, can-do mentality.
• You’re not afraid to take the initiative and are accustomed to working independently.
• As icing on the cake, you bring the necessary experience in control room environments to the table. Think video surveillance, automation, telecommunication, access control, or voice recording. Now, that’s not a must, but it’s a plus!
