Key Account Manager DACH

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales professional to support the sales manager with the growth in the DACH-region (Germany & Austria). Your work will be essential in rolling out a winning strategy and ensuring smooth operations, helping to strengthen our market position and deliver results.

The job:

• Actively engage with customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare pricing proposals and perform accurate calculations.
• Create impactful presentations to support sales and business strategies.
• Fully manage and oversee key client accounts.
• Contribute to business development and growth strategies.
• Shape strategic product and promotion plans.
• Manage product assortments and optimize selections for the market.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies to drive profitability.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and efficiency.

This is you:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• We are primarily seeking a junior profile with 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a focus on business development.
• In-depth understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong affinity for numbers and demonstrate excellent Excel and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with additional European languages being a plus.
