Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in order management and administration? We are seeking an Order & Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer order processing, logistics coordination, and administrative efficiency.
The job:
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, backorders, and follow-ups to ensure timely processing and deliveries.
- Customer & Internal Communication: Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order lead times, complaints, credit notes, and administrative queries.
- Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team and 3PLs to schedule containers, manage stock transfers, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including stock adjustments, monitoring order interfaces, and handling complaints.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to developing new procedures and guidelines for efficient data processing and optimization of order procedures.
- Purchase Requisitions & Invoicing: Process and follow up on purchase requisitions, verify invoices, and reconcile stock regularly.
- Returns & Repack Management: Oversee product returns, coordinate repacking schedules, and manage relabeling or rework processes.
- Forecasting & Reporting: communicate the inbound and outbound forecast to 3PLs
This is you:
- Proven experience in order management, logistics, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably D365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high email volumes.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
