Lead Project Engineer

As a Project Leader, you’ll oversee challenging rail infrastructure projects, from planning to execution. You’ll coach your team, maintain key client relationships, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead and coach a dedicated project team to deliver on objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services for project needs.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and enforce safety measures and contractual compliance.

What we expect from you:

• Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or as a project leader, preferably in construction or technical sectors.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Solution-oriented with organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch AND English
