Reporting to the Managing Director and part of the Executive Committee, the HR Director will be in charge of HR related topics across BeNeFraLux.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Participate in the executive committee to provide strategic HR insights and contribute to overall company strategy.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 4 HR professionals, ensuring effective performance management, career development, and a high-performance culture.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment strategy and processes to attract top talent. Enhance the employer brand and improve recruitment efficiency across the Benelux region.
- Employee Development: Design and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and support succession planning.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards and company goals.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace by addressing employee issues, managing conflicts, and ensuring a supportive work environment.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across the Benelux region. Implement HR best practices and policies to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
Qualifications
- A min. 10y proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior management.
- Experience in managing a team and working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Fluent in French, with good working knowledge of Dutch & English
