The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, high-quality consulting solutions for top-tier clients. The Senior Consultant will...

• Tackle complex business problems through in-depth analysis, research, and requirements gathering
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align strategies and deliver transformative outcomes
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, presentations, and project communications
• Support the growth of the local consulting practice, contributing to internal initiatives
• Work flexibly across industries, environments, and geographical locations when required

Essential Skills

• 3–5 years of consulting experience, ideally with a focus on business or technology transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven experience in programme delivery lifecycles in roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and data presentation skills
• Professional fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential
