You will be part of a highly talented and ambitious, international fast-growing team of marketing and communication professionals from across UK & Europe. The BeLux Marketing Team is based out of the Brussels office of TCS located in Zaventem and supports the Country Heads and the sales teams in Belgium and Luxembourg, to enable sales and enhance TCS brand in the region. The internship allows you to gain unique and real-life perspectives in solving challenges for TCS and its customers.

Key responsibilities:

As part of the larger UK & Europe Marketing & Communications team, you will help build the TCS brand in the BeLux region, driving and coordinating Marketing & Communication programs, including

• Brand Building: Organizing and independently taking charge of projects, scheduling and coordinating to support the region’s marketing plan for the year. Enabling the building and growing of client relationships. Creating opportunities by driving / coordinating digital campaigns in the region. Supporting with reporting requirements.
• Stakeholder engagement: Help manage TCS hosted events in the region and our participation at major industry and partnership events.
• Media relations: Build and grow TCS’ share of voice in the regular media, by creating media opportunities around TCS’ customer wins, success stories and points of view. Work with our agencies towards creating assets such as videos and articles.
• Content management and creation: Support the development, design, publishing and sharing of marketing collateral as required by the local TCS teams and/or external partners.
• Sales enablement: Work with the sales teams to coordinate the marketing channel mix (campaigns, events, sponsorships etc.) in support of the business development objectives (lead and opportunity generation).

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing or similar (at least in the 2nd year). Previous experience in a marketing role is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (and either French or Dutch). Any other European language is a plus.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for personal and professional development in Marketing
• Passion for, and experience from, design of marketing assets
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Networking skills to engage actively with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to work in an international working environment
• Hands-on experience with design and image/video editing software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign etc. is a plus.
