We are looking to strengthen our team with a "Customer support and operations specialist".
You are responsible for a wide variety of tasks from supporting sales, writing purchase orders, analyzing stock positions to general office administration in support of the team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling orders from first quotation up to final delivery.
- Project management of large retail orders and managing all tasks related to order preparation, timely delivery and administration.
- Communicating effectively to our customers, suppliers and factories to ensure smooth operations.
- Setting-up of new international customers, delving into their vendor systems and setup procedures and making sure we are compliant.
- Reviewing and monitoring stock levels and order capacity, monitoring timely delivery.
- Following up container shipments, generating shipping documents and tracking for timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure all actions are delivered on time and to specification.
- Ensure efficient and quick response to customer service issues or complaints and guarantee an effective solution.
- Documenting your knowledge in guidelines and internal manuals.

- Experience in international sales support and logistics is a big plus, not a must.
- You must have a strong drive to learn.
- Eye for detail, passion for effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- You love to work with software tools to organize your work efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
- Project management skills.
- A team player, sharing skills and ideas to ensure the best outcome for business and the team.
- Excellent in using Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
