SAP EWM Consultant

An exciting new opportunity has just opened up for a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to take on impactful projects in Belgium.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an SAP EWM Consultant, you’ll be embedded across every phase of the project lifecycle — from initial analysis and blueprinting to go-live and post-launch support. This is hands-on work with a strategic twist:

• Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions
• Working side-by-side with clients to understand their business and warehousing needs
• Creating user documentation and delivering in-depth training sessions
• Coaching junior consultants and actively sharing knowledge
• Driving transformation across multiple industries — from manufacturing and retail to logistics and pharma
• Supporting greenfield rollouts, migrations from WM, and complex system enhancements

You’ll have the flexibility to split your time between the client's site, working remotely, and spending time at one of our regional hubs — because building great teams starts with staying connected.

What I’m Looking For

You’re someone who’s more than just technical — you understand how SAP impacts real-world operations.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP (EWM or related supply chain modules)
• Solid background in customization and configuration
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant SAP solutions
• Experience in warehousing or logistics environments
• Strong communication skills — fluency in English is key, Dutch or another European language is a plus
• Experience in leading projects or mentoring others is highly valuable — especially if you’ve acted as both consultant and project lead.
