Overview:

A results-driven Business Development Consultant is sought to enhance sales and grow the membership base within the private office sector. This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying new leads for a new building in Antwerp, ensuring a consistent deal flow to meet occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source leads through market research and prospecting activities.
• Implement strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and promote private offices.
• Manage leads using a Customer Management System (CMS) for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide reports to management.

Profile:

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in real estate or office solutions.
• Strong lead sourcing and pipeline management skills.
• Proficient in Customer Management Systems, preferably Hubspot.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and familiarity with the Antwerp market.
