Business Development Consultant Contract Type: Fixed Term – 6 months Location: Antwerp Commercial Real Estate Overview: A results-driven Business Development Consultant is sought to enhance sales and grow the membership base within the private office sector. This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying new leads for a new building in Antwerp, ensuring a consistent deal flow to meet occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities: Source leads through market research and prospecting activities. Implement strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and promote private offices. Manage leads using a Customer Management System (CMS) for accurate reporting and follow-ups. Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide reports to management. Profile: Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in real estate or office solutions. Strong lead sourcing and pipeline management skills. Proficient in Customer Management Systems, preferably Hubspot. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
