Retail Manager

The international company BALTIC TEXTILE TRADING BV which manages the retail chain Think Twice Belgium is currently looking for an additional retail manager on a full-time basis (35 hours/week). The retail manager has the overall responsibility and accountability for a number of stores in their district. They manage and coach the store personnel in order to achieve operational business’ objectives, sales targets and customer satisfaction through implementing our business strategies. The chosen candidate will report directly to the managing director.

What we are looking for:

1.     3+ years managerial work experience in the retail operations (apparel or footwear);

2.     A Bachelor or vocational degree in Business-related field;

3.     Fluent in Dutch and English;

4.     Analytical, result-oriented with excellent numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills;

5.     Strong interest in fashion trends;

6.     A driver’s license;

7.     Industrious, committed and attentive to detail;

Job description:

1.     Responsible for up to 8 shops in Belgium;

2.     Create/manage budgets and analyze expenses;

3.     Manage a number of HR related duties, such as training;

4.     Analyze processes and recommend improvements;

5.     Be involved in the marketing plans and strategies of the company;
