PhD degree in statistics, economics or social sciences, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 10 years of experience in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc);
At least 10 years of experience in statistical computing using R or other reproducible research tools;
Experience in implementation or support of large-scale, multi-user data systems for international education and social science assessments (e.g., PISA, TIMSS, ICILS, ICCS), with a focus on metadata structuring and data quality assurance;
Experience in information management and metadata management, including the use of open data technologies, reproducible documentation tools (e.g. R Markdown, Jupyter Notebooks, Quarto), and support for data dissemination;
Experience in managing and analysing large-scale international education and social survey data, with emphasis on producing policy-relevant outputs;
