Application Sales Specialist

Currently, we’re seeking a Sales Application Specialist to join a pioneering company dedicated to enhancing global health and well-being through innovative medical technologies. With a rich history spanning over 50 years, their products are making a significant impact across 100 countries, fueling growth in the European market. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Application Specialist to expand our footprint in the Benelux region.


As a Sales Application Specialist, you will drive the marketing and sales efforts for an array of cutting-edge medical devices, including laboratory diagnostics, point-of-care testing, and diabetes care solutions. You will be instrumental in introducing these products to new and established hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions, playing a key role in advancing healthcare technologies across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically promote and sell products to achieve assigned sales targets across Benelux, primarily focusing on the Netherlands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, routinely organizing appointments to enhance customer rapport.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for the brand's products.
  • Effectively demonstrate and present products, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and conduct relevant research to meet the scientific and business needs of customers.
  • Manage all field activities during the pre- and post-sales processes, coordinating closely with the Customer Solutions team.
  • Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to collect market intelligence and maintain competitive advantage.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years direct sales experience in the clinical diagnostics market, with a strong preference for candidates with capital equipment sales experience.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, capable of effectively engaging with international clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
