Cyber Security Concept Developer (860)

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Concept Developer to support the cryptographic modernization initiatives of a national organisation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cryptographic security, risk management, and military operations, ensuring the secure implementation and lifecycle management of cryptographic systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Information Management, Database Administration, or Electronic Engineering.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of progressive expertise in relevant duties may compensate for a lack of a university degree.
• Multiyear experience in defense, security, electronics, and communications in national environments.
• Strong background in Crypto implementation, standards, and Maritime Cryptographic issues, including training, CONOPS, and key management.
• Expertise in Risk Management for Cryptographic and Cyber Security fields.
• Experience in leading staff on large-scale, complex projects.
• Previous military experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of military responsibilities, organization, and CIS systems.
• Advanced research, analytical, and risk assessment skills (ISO-27XXX, EBIOS frameworks).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English with strong technical documentation skills.

Work Conditions:

• On-site role at Mons, Belgium.
• Participation in monthly status update meetings, either in person or via secure electronic means.
• Potential travel to other sites as required.
