Electromechanical Project Manager

Your Mission

As an Electromechanical Project Manager, you will take the lead on multidisciplinary engineering projects within a complex industrial environment. Your role will involve overseeing projects from initial design to final commissioning, ensuring efficient collaboration across technical teams and external partners. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the execution of electrical and mechanical projects from planning through commissioning, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Translating technical requirements into layouts, flowcharts, and design input for P&IDs while optimizing processes for ergonomics and energy use.
• Coordinating internal and external engineering teams, ensuring alignment on project scope, timing, and budget.
• Managing procurement activities in close collaboration with purchasing, from component selection to supplier coordination.
• Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• A master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent through experience.
• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing technical projects in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills, with proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• A pragmatic team player with excellent communication skills and a quality-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and practical proficiency in English for technical discussions and documentation.
