DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role as an Account Manager? Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:

• You manage your pipeline and take charge of the end-to-end sales cycle

• You look for new opportunities with existing customers

• You keep an eye open for new opportunities and new clients

• You organize regular meetings with customers where you present our solutions and discuss the customers' needs

• Based on the customers' needs, you make contract proposals and take the necessary steps to get the contracts signed

• Ensure a smooth transition post-contract signing, liaising effectively with other departments (Project Managers, Event, Editorial, Studio) to guarantee client satisfaction.

• You collaborate with marketing to ensure effective communication and lead generation campaigns.

Are you the perfect match we’ve been searching for? 

·       Are you a Dutch native with a solid grasp of French or bilingual proficiency in French/Dutch? Fluency in English is a definite advantage

·       Do you possess exceptional sales prowess and a knack for managing customer relationships with finesse?

·       Have you demonstrated your abilities with 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Healthcare or Pharma?

·       Are you a dynamic, collaborative team player with an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction?

·       Do you excel in organization and communication, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks at once?

·       Are you comfortable navigating modern tools and communication channels with confidence?
