Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the designated market, expanding our client base and driving growth
  • Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  • Effectively promote and sell our innovative products and services to businesses
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to meet our sales targets
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer needs, providing valuable insights for strategic planning
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market insights, contributing to informed decision-making and strategy development

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or as a commercial agent within the dental or medical device industry
  • Experience in the imaging field, particularly with X-ray products is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French or Dutch
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Belgium
  • Profound negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and customer orientated personality with the ability to think analytically and manage time effectively
  • In-depth understanding of the local market and industry trends
