W Racing Team is seeking a dedicated full-time Reception Officer who will play a key role in supporting the office’s workflow and hospitality efforts. The Reception Officer is responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and providing administrative support to the different departments.

The duties of the Reception Officer will include:

• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Ensuring the reception, cafeteria & meeting areas remain tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assisting with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements and ordering office & catering supplies.
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Supporting the coordination of meetings, team events and hospitality arrangements.
• Managing access control by issuing visitor badges and maintaining the security log.

The Receptionist should have the following desired skillset:

Hands-on approach with a flexible "Can Do" & "Will Do" attitude.

Commercial feeling.

Proficiency in French & English is required; knowledge of German/Dutch is a plus.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Proactive problem-solver with excellent organization and planning skills.
