A prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels is seeking a IAM Specialist for a significant engagement with a major electronics client.

This role connects operations, service management, and project collaboration—making you essential to the security infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly service meetings with our IAM provider
• Manage IAM contracts and licenses
• Handle daily IAM ticket follow-up
• Resolve Level 2 IAM tickets
• Bridge project teams and operations through sprint reviews, CAB meetings, and planning
• Create knowledge base articles for IAM services
• Participate in weekly ICT service meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• IAM or IT operations experience
• ITSM tools and agile methodology knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, structured approach
• Fluent English
