What are the ingredients of your job as HR Officer Recruitment & Selection?
Your main responsibility will be coordinating and managing the entire recruitment and selection process for Belgium & all central positions across our international group. This means a.o.
- Developing and executing recruitment plans, taking into account the available resources in order to ensure that the selection process runs optimally. Ensuring the continuous evaluation of the recruitment plan and adjust where needed.
- Conducting selection interviews, organizing testing & assessments.
- Providing continuous feedback to Hiring Managers along the recruitment process.
- Organizing broad employer branding campaigns to set What's Cooking? convincingly in the market as an 'employer of choice' via various (social media) channels.
- Participating in job fairs & building partnerships with educational institutions in order to develop a database of potential candidates.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for various HR activities within Personnel Administration, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits, ... and act as an important Key user for our HR Information System applications in the Group. What can you imagine doing?
- onboarding of new employees to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization
- manage HR Information System processes (Goal Management, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, …)
- Fleet Management of all company cars in our Group.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys & EXIT-interviews.
- Group Reporting
- …
Last, but not least, you will participate in various local & international HR projects within the various HR domains.
Working together is an essential part of this position. You will be working closely with the entire HR team and especially with the Group Comp&Ben Manager. You will report directly to the Chief HR Officer.
How will you meet this challenge?
- You have a proven experience with recruitment & selection of white collar profiles in an international environment where you successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- You have strong administrative & organizational skills and you love being part of different HR processes.
- You are a born team player, who reaches goals through collaboration and takes accountability.
- You have a pragmatic and a hands-on mentality who is eager to get things done.
- You are fluent in Dutch & English and you speak a good amount French.
