Human Resources Officer

Would you like to contribute to this as an HR Officer at our headquarters in Antwerp?

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various HR tasks within our international environment. You will support HR processes and projects for our teams in 8 countries and ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently and efficiently.

This entails various responsibilities such as:

  • Support HR processes such as recruitment & selection, onboarding and personnel administration.
  • Coordinate and manage international HR files and ensure compliance with local legislation in cooperation with our various partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employees in the various countries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures at international level.
  • Collaborate with local HR colleagues and external partners to ensure a unified HR strategy.
  • Manage and update personnel data and HR systems.
  • Support HR reporting and analysis for management, including ESG.
  • You will report to and support the HR Manager

Profile:

  • You have at least a bachelor or graduate degree in HR management/support or a related field.(or equivalent through experience).
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience in an HR function, preferably in an international context.
  • You are a true all-round team player and can easily connect with various departments and countries.
  • Knowledge of international HR processes and legislation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, independent and able to switch effectively between different HR tasks.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
