Would you like to contribute to this as a Commercial Advisor in Brussels and occasionally Namur?

Job description:

• You are responsible for the rental of our student rooms in Brussels and Namur. This means you plan and hold viewings, draw up contracts and follow up the necessary payments involved, etc.
• You are a central point of contact for our students and answer questions, handle complaints, etc. at the office, by phone and by e-mail
• You follow up on repairs and minor renovations and provide the students with the necessary information about these
• You ensure that the House Rules are respected
• You prepare place descriptions

Your profile:

• You - preferably - had an education in Facility Management
• You have a commercial attitude and are therefore customer-friendly
• You can work in a team, but also independently
• You have the necessary knowledge of Excel (and Word)
• You are fluent in both Dutch, French and English
• You are stress resistant
