Project Manager (m/f/x)

Your role:

We are seeking for a Project Manager to lead the analysis and implementation of projects of different type and nature working closely with Business stakeholders and IT professionals.

The Project Manager will be in charge of:

• Oversee projects, in accordance with Enterprise Project Management Office processes.
• Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget project delivery developing a detailed project plan to monitor, tracking progress and managing risk;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
• Participate / drive pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resource;
• Facilitate / drive workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user needs, their strategies and their goals
• Facilitate and formalize requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables;
• Define acceptance criteria for business requirements and participate to the acceptance process;
• Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process;
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders;
• Drive the adoption of business stakeholders on new processes and technologies.

About you

A project manager with proven experience:

• At least 7 years experience in Project manager role;
• Solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology (i.e. PMI);
• Experience working in Agile/Adaptative environments and familiarity with related tools and methodologies;
• Experience working in complex or large companies and cross-country projects;
• Experience as Business Analyst
• Experience managing 3rd party implementation vendors;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to effectively interact with international stakeholders;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details;
• Fluent English (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;
• Availability for occasional international business trips in European countries (Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Spain).

Additional requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Certifications on Business Analysis (IIBA or PMI or equivalents) is a plus
• Use of modelling practices to formalize requirements
• Saleforce knowledge is a plus
• Experience in projects of Digital transformation and/or process reengineering is a plus
