You will oversee the entire plant’s operations (production, maintenance, supply, quality & safety) with the objective of ensuring high efficiency, product excellence, and strong team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the site’s management team (production, technical, quality, logistics, etc.)
- Drive operational performance: output, OEE, cost, service, and quality
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE and food regulations
- Implement continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
- Collaborate with other plants and the group’s HQ on strategic industrial initiatives
- Manage budgets, KPIs, investments, and reporting to the Industrial Director
